Lentil Meatballs

  1. Cook lentils according to directions with the bay leaf.
  2. Drain lentils and let cool.
  3. Combine all ingredients, mashing lentils with fingers.
  4. Form into balls and place in oiled pan.
  5. Bake @ 350 for 20-30 minutes.
