Sizzling Steak Fajitas

  1. Combine salsa and steak sauce.
  2. Pour 1-1/2 cups of the salsa mixture (or 1/4 cup for trial recipe) over steak in shallow nonreactive pan; cover.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  4. Saute onions and peppers in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  7. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade.
  8. Add steak to same skillet; cook 5 min.
  9. for medium doneness, stirring frequently.
  10. Add remaining salsa mixture and vegetables; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  11. Spoon 1/2 cup of the meat mixture down center of each of 2 tortillas; roll up.
