Beef With Cauliflower And Snow Peas

  1. In oil, brown garlic and remove.
  2. Add beef, cut in small, thin slices and saute until brown.
  3. Add onions, salt and pepper; cook a few seconds.
  4. Add bouillon, cauliflower and snow peas.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes or until cauliflower and peas are thoroughly heated but not soft.
  6. Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
  7. Cook a few minutes longer to thicken, stirring slowly.
  8. Serve hot on rice.
  9. Serves 6 to 8.
