Beef With Cauliflower And Snow Peas
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lb. beef
- 4 Tbsp. chopped onions
- 2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. bouillon
- 1 medium cauliflower, broken in pieces
- 1 lb. snow peas (fresh or frozen)
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- In oil, brown garlic and remove.
- Add beef, cut in small, thin slices and saute until brown.
- Add onions, salt and pepper; cook a few seconds.
- Add bouillon, cauliflower and snow peas.
- Cook about 5 minutes or until cauliflower and peas are thoroughly heated but not soft.
- Add mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce and water.
- Cook a few minutes longer to thicken, stirring slowly.
- Serve hot on rice.
- Serves 6 to 8.
