Barley 'N Broccoli Salad Recipe

  1. DRESSING: Mix 1/4 c. sugar and 2 Tbsp.
  2. vinegar into 3/4 c. mayonnaise till well blended.
  3. Cook barley in salted water 10 to 12 min for quick and 50 min for regular.
  4. Drain and rinse with cool water to chill.
  5. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with dressing.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Serve.
  8. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
