Easy Chicken Nuggets with Chicken Breast
- 600 grams Chicken breast
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp each Sake, soy sauce, mayonnaise
- 6 tbsp White flour
- 1 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 Pepper
- Remove the skin and excess fat from the chicken bread and chop it finely with a knife.
- Beat the egg in a bowl, add the chopped chicken breast and all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Heat 5mm to 1cm of oil in a pan.
- Scoop the mixture up with a spoon, level it off and fry both sides until they are browned.
- Then they're done!
