Seafood Pie
- 1 pint oyster
- 1 lb crabmeat, picked clean
- 12 lb shrimp, cooked
- 6 lobster tails, cooked, cut in chunks
- 1 quart milk
- 1 egg
- 14 lb butter
- oyster crackers
- salt
- pepper
- Place a layer of oysters in bottom of a greased casserole.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper, then slivers of butter and oyster crackers.
- Continue with layer of shrimp, crab meat and lobster.
- Beat egg with milk and pour over all.
- Top with oyster crackers.
- Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes.
