Horseradish Lime Sauce

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons drained bottled horseradish
• 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
• 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
• 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or to taste

1. In a bowl whisk together sauce ingredients and chill, covered.
