Pizza Egg Rolls!

  1. Lay egg roll wrappers flat with point to the top of your work space.
  2. Using a tablespoon, add tomato sauce across wrapper.
  3. Top with a heavy dash of oregano.
  4. Layer about 5-6 pieces of pepperoni and other toppings of your choice.
  5. Top with cheeses.
  6. TIP: Remember, less is more in your egg rolls.
  7. Too much will make it hard to roll and cook.
  8. Ready to roll?
  9. Fold bottom corner over ingredients.
  10. Next fold sides in toward the center.
  11. Brush top corner with a small amount of water.
  12. This will seal your egg roll.
  13. Now, roll from bottom to top.
  14. Let's fry that baby!
  15. Oil should be preheated on medium heat in a small pot.
  16. Egg rolls will be cooked fully when edges start to turn a light brown.
  17. (about 2-3 minutes)
