Citrus Chicken

  1. Create the marinade for your chicken by mixing your orange juice, lemon juice, salt to taste, cumin, red pepper, garlic and oregano.
  2. Marinate chicken for up to 6 hours.
  3. Preheat your grill to 300-350 degrees f. You'll want to use medium direct heat for you grill pros out there!
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, discard left over juices.
  5. Grill chicken bone side up for 25-35 minutes.
  6. Turn once.
  7. Internal temperature should reach 180 degrees F.
  8. Let chicken rest on a platter for about 5 minutes.
  9. I recommend serving this with a side of white rice and black beans with just a hint of lime juice.
