Citrus Chicken
- 1 cup orange juice
- 14 cup lemon juice
- 14 cup olive oil
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon oregano

- Create the marinade for your chicken by mixing your orange juice, lemon juice, salt to taste, cumin, red pepper, garlic and oregano.
- Marinate chicken for up to 6 hours.
- Preheat your grill to 300-350 degrees f. You'll want to use medium direct heat for you grill pros out there!
- Remove chicken from marinade, discard left over juices.
- Grill chicken bone side up for 25-35 minutes.
- Turn once.
- Internal temperature should reach 180 degrees F.
- Let chicken rest on a platter for about 5 minutes.
- I recommend serving this with a side of white rice and black beans with just a hint of lime juice.
