Foil-Pack Creamy Chicken & Mushroom Dinner

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Mix soup and 2 Tbsp.
  3. hot water; set aside.
  4. Combine stuffing mix and remaining hot water; spoon onto centres of 4 large sheets heavy-duty foil.
  5. Top with chicken, ham, vegetables and soup.
  6. Fold foil to make 4 packets; place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 30 to 35 min.
  8. or until chicken is done (170F).
  9. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packets.
