Slow-Cooked Green Beans, Tomatoes and Bacon

  1. Cook and stir bacon in large skillet on medium heat until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.
  3. Drain bacon.
  4. Add onions to drippings; cook and stir until crisp-tender.
  5. Add beans, broth and pepper; stir.
  6. Bring to boil; cover.
  7. Simmer on medium-low heat 40 min.
  8. Stir in tomatoes; cook on medium-high heat 3 min.
  9. or until heated through.
  10. Top with bacon.
