Easy Tortellini Chicken Cacciatore
- 1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 green pepper,cut into thin strps
- 2 cups CLASSICO Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook tortellini as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook and stir until lightly browned.
- Add peppers; cook and stir 1 to 2 min.
- or until peppers are crisp-tender and chicken is done.
- Stir in sauce; simmer on low heat 2 min.
- or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
- Drain pasta.
- Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
