Creamy Pumpkin Dip
- 2 cups Softened Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered (Icing) Sugar
- 2 cups Pumpkin Pie Filling (ready-mixed)
- 2 cups Pure Pumpkin, More Or Less To Taste
- 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice, Or To Taste
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon, Or To Taste
- 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger (or To Taste)
- 1/4 teaspoons Nutmeg, Or To Taste
- 18 teaspoons Cloves, Or To Taste
- Mix together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add pumpkin pie filling, and stir until well blended.
- Note: If desired, make your own pumpkin pie filling, adjusting the amount of pure pumpkin used based on the amount of pumpkin flavor you want.
- You can also make your own pumpkin pie spice and adjust the amounts of spices to taste.
- Dip ginger cookies in it and enjoy!
- This is also very tasty with sliced apples.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
- If using a small carved out pumpkin for serving, transfer to airtight storage container before refrigerating.
