Chablis Squash
- 2 tablespoons chablis or 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 2 yellow squash, thinly sliced
- 12 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 14 teaspoon dried basil
- 18 teaspoon black pepper
- In a frypan, heat the wine, add the onion and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the zucchini, squash & stock powder & saute for 3 mins or until just tender.
- Sprinkle with basil & pepper to serve.
