Miso Tomato Salsa

  2. Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl and adjust ingredients to taste.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  5. Note that the sesame and miso flavors will mellow slightly.
  6. Yield: 2 cups
  7. Note: sesame oil has a very strong flavor and some folks might prefer to omit it.
  8. I recommend taking a small amount of the salsa aside and adding just a few drops to see if this is your cup of tea before adding it to the whole batch.
