Smoked Trout Dip

  2. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the cream cheese, yogurt, fresh herbs and lemon juice.

  4. Pulse until you have a smooth, well incorporated dip.

  6. Transfer the dip to a small mixing bowl and add the trout, breaking it into pieces as you add it to the bowl.

  8. Use a fork to mash the trout as well as the remaining 2 tablespoons of fresh dill into the dip.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. 5.
  11. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers.
