Grandma Hada Pizza Burgers

  1. Cook and stir celery and onion in hot oil in large skillet until tender.
  2. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  3. Add meat to skillet; cook until browned, stirring occasionally.
  4. Drain.
  5. Add celery mixture to meat mixture in skillet; cook a little longer.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Add VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
  8. Stir in soup; simmer until thoroughly heated.
  9. Remove from heat; cool slightly.
  10. Spoon about 1/4 cup meat mixture onto each bun half; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
  11. Place on rack of broiler pan.
  12. Broil until golden brown.
  13. This doesn't take long so keep checking it.
  14. Makes 16 to 18.
