Hawaiian Benedict
- 12 to 15 eggs
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup white flour
- 1 can (1-5/8 lb.) whole green chillies
- 4 slices sweet bread
- 8 eggs
- 16 slices Portuguese sausage
- 1-1/2 cup Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce
- 2 cups hash browns
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Poach eggs, toast the sweet bread and top with the sauteed Portuguese sausage, poached eggs and the Lilikoi Hollandaise sauce.
