Chocolate Truffles

  1. MELT chocolate and cream over hot water.
  2. Cool.
  3. Add butter and egg yolk.
  4. Beat until thick.
  5. Drop by teaspoonful onto paper.
  6. Cool slightly and roll into balls.
  7. Coat with wafer crumbs.
  8. Chill.
