Easter Bread

  1. In large bowl, combine 1 cup flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Heat milk and 2 tablespoons margarine until warm.
  2. Add to dry ingredients; beat 2 minutes.
  3. Add 2 eggs and 1/2 cup flour.
  4. Beat on high speed 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in additional flour to make soft dough.
  6. Turn onto floured board; knead 8 to 10 minutes.
  7. Place in greased bowl.
  8. Turn to grease top.
  9. Cover; let rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
