Shredded Beef With Peppers Recipe

  1. Shred beef in about 1-inch lengths.
  2. Mix soy sauce, 1/2 c. peanut oil, cornstarch, wine, and 1/2 tsp.
  3. salt.
  4. Marinate beef in the mix for 1 hour.
  5. Clean green peppers and remove seeds.
  6. Cut in slices lengthwise.
  7. Shred ginger into 1-inch strips.
  8. Heat 3 Tbsp.
  9. peanut oil in a pan.
  10. Stir fry ginger, green onions, and green peppers with 1 tsp.
  11. salt and the sugar.
  12. Stir well; add in beef and mix thoroughly.
  13. Serve warm.
