Shredded Beef With Peppers Recipe
- 10 ounce. tender beef
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. plus 3 tbsp. peanut oil
- 2 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/2 tbsp. wine
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 green peppers (bell peppers)
- 3 slices fresh ginger
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Shred beef in about 1-inch lengths.
- Mix soy sauce, 1/2 c. peanut oil, cornstarch, wine, and 1/2 tsp.
- salt.
- Marinate beef in the mix for 1 hour.
- Clean green peppers and remove seeds.
- Cut in slices lengthwise.
- Shred ginger into 1-inch strips.
- Heat 3 Tbsp.
- peanut oil in a pan.
- Stir fry ginger, green onions, and green peppers with 1 tsp.
- salt and the sugar.
- Stir well; add in beef and mix thoroughly.
- Serve warm.
