Apple And Raspberry Brulee Recipe

  1. Place the apples, sugar and Cinnamon in a large pan with 2 - 3 tsp water.
  2. Cook till soft.
  3. Mix in the raspberries and leave to cold.
  4. Place the fruit in a large ovenproof dish or possibly individual ramekin dishes.
  5. Whip the cream, gently mix in the fromage frais and spoon this mix over the apple.
  6. Refrigeratewell, preferably overnight.
  7. Mix the demerara sugar with the Cinnamon and sprinkle proportionately over the cream's surface.
  8. Place the dessert under a warm grill till brown and bubbly.
  9. Allow to cold before serving.
