Eggnog Pound Cake
- 1 (16 ounce) package poundcake mix
- 1 14 cups eggnog
- 2 large eggs
- 12 teaspoon nutmeg, freshly grated
- 12 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Beat all ingredients together at low speed with an electric mixer until blended.
- Increase speed to medium, and beat 2 minutes.
- Pour into a lightly greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 mintues or until a long wooden pick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.
- Remove from pan to wire rack and cool competely (about 1 hour).
