Potato Pork Chop Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown chops on both sides in 10 inch skillet.
  3. Set chops aside.
  4. In a medium sized bowl mix soup, onion, mushrooms, salt, pepper, sour cream and milk; pour half of this mixture in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish.
  5. Arrange potatoes in the baking dish over soup mixture; top potatoes with the chops.
  6. Add remaining soup mixture over potatoes and chops.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  9. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
