Grilled Almond Butter Cheese Sandwich
- 2 slices Multi Or Whole Grain Bread
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Butter
- 1/2 whole Green Apple, Thinly Sliced (used A Mandolin)
- 1 whole Carrot, Thinly Shaven (using A Vegetable Peeler)
- 1 slice Thick Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil Or Butter (if Grilling)
- On one slice of bread, spread the almond butter.
- Top with apple slices, carrots shavings and the cheddar cheese.
- Press the other slice of bread on top.
- Now, you could eat it as is, and its fantastic.
- Or you could grill it: Heat the oil or butter in a small skillet and grill to perfection.
- Slice and die.
