Grilled Almond Butter Cheese Sandwich

  1. On one slice of bread, spread the almond butter.
  2. Top with apple slices, carrots shavings and the cheddar cheese.
  3. Press the other slice of bread on top.
  4. Now, you could eat it as is, and its fantastic.
  5. Or you could grill it: Heat the oil or butter in a small skillet and grill to perfection.
  6. Slice and die.
