White Chocolate and Blueberry Tartlets

  1. Prick tartlet cases all over with a fork then bake at 200C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour.
  2. Cool.
  3. Combine the Philly* and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour.
  4. Spoon filling into the tartlet cases then drop in the blueberries.
  5. Bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
