White Chocolate and Blueberry Tartlets
- 12 frozen sweet tartlet cases, thawed
- 60g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 60g TOBLERONE* White Chocolate, or white chocolate, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon SR flour
- 1 cup blueberries Whole Foods 3 For $10.00 thru 02/09
- Prick tartlet cases all over with a fork then bake at 200C for 5-8 minutes or until just starting to colour.
- Cool.
- Combine the Philly* and chocolate and beat until smooth, stir through the egg and flour.
- Spoon filling into the tartlet cases then drop in the blueberries.
- Bake in a moderate oven at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Serve warm or cold.
