Chicken and Vegetable Soup

  1. Place all ingredients in a large pot.
  2. Cover with water and bring to the boil.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove chicken from pot and cut into small pieces.
  5. Mash the soup together so it becomes nice and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to soup and mix together.
  7. Enjoy!
