Bran Fruit Loaf

  1. Preheat oven to 180C Lightly grease and line a 10cm by 20cm loaf tin.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  3. Pour in milk, oil and egg and stir until well combined.
  4. Spoon mixture into prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for a further 15 to 20 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
  6. rest in pan for 5 minutes before turning out.
