Mashed Potato Casserole

• 4 cups mashed potatoes (or so)
• 13 cup sour cream
• 1 cup chopped spinach, cooked in microwave 4 to 5 minutes
• 12 cup cheese

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Pour into casserole dish.
3. Bake at 400* for 20 minutes.
