Raspberry Ginger Parfaits

  1. Simmer 3 cups raspberries, 2 Tbs.
  2. ginger, honey, and 2 Tbs.
  3. water over medium heat 8 to 10 minutes, or until berries are soft.
  4. Strain out seeds.
  5. Combine remaining 1 Tbs.
  6. ginger and granola bars.
  7. Divide remaining raspberries among 6 bowls.
  8. Top with 1/2 cup yogurt.
  9. Spoon raspberry mixture over top, and sprinkle with granola mixture.
