Ham Loaf

  1. Blend together the brown sugar, mustard, vinegar and pineapple juice.
  2. Mix the ham, pork, crumbs, eggs, milk and salt together. Place pineapple and cherries in bottom of pan.
  3. Place meat on top of pineapple; shape into ham.
  4. Pour sauce over loaf; bake, covered, for 3/4 hour.
  5. Remove cover and finish baking.
  6. Drain off sauce and invert on platter.
  7. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350u0b0.
  8. Small oblong roaster works best.
