Beef Tips And Noodles Recipe

  1. Dredge beef in flour; brown in warm oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients, except noodles.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender.
  5. Serve over noodles.
  6. Yield 12-14 servings.
