Beef Tips And Noodles Recipe
- 4 lbs. boneless sirloin, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 (28 ounce.) can tomatoes, undrained and minced
- Warm cooked noodles
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. minced green peppers
- 2 teaspoon grnd cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Dredge beef in flour; brown in warm oil in a large Dutch oven, stirring occasionally.
- Add in remaining ingredients, except noodles.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour or possibly till meat is tender.
- Serve over noodles.
- Yield 12-14 servings.
