Lemon Herb Yogurt Cheese Dip

  1. PLACE yogurt in cheesecloth-lined colander; cover.
  2. Drain over bowl in refrigerator at least 6 hours or overnight.
  3. SPOON drained yogurt into small bowl.
  4. Discard liquid.
  5. Add chives, dill, lemon peel, salt, garlic and pepper into yogurt cheese; stir until well blended; Cover.
  6. REFRIGERATE at least 2 hours.
  7. Serve as a dip with the cut-up vegetables.
