Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

  1. Slice rhubarb about 13 inch slices.
  2. Combine rhubarb and strawberries in a bowl.
  3. Mix sugar, flour, cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon and stir into the fruit.
  4. Let stand for about 15 minutes.
  5. Stir occasionallty.
  6. Pour into unbaked pie crust and top with butter.
  7. Make a lattice top crust and bake on lowest shelf at 375F (190C) for 35 to 40 minutes.
