BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate Sauce

• 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's Bittersweet Chocolate
• 1/3 cup light cream
• 3 Tbsp. liqueur or orange juice
• whole strawberries

1. MELT chocolate and cream in microwave on MEDIUM power for 2 to 3 minutes in a microwaveable bowl; stir until smooth.
2. STIR in liqueur or juice.
3. SERVE with berries.
