Meat Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Brown sausage; add in grnd round.
  2. Add in onions and saute/fry till limp.
  3. Add in garlic, parsley and mushrooms; stir to cover with meat drippings.
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover loosely and simmer (stir occasionally) for 3 hrs or possibly till reduced to thick sauce consistency.
