Baker's Rich Egg Sandwich

  1. Make a hard boiled egg.
  2. In a pot, put in just enough water to cover an egg (but don't put the egg in yet) and boil.
  3. Once the water is boiling, turn the heat to medium and put the egg in the water.
  4. Boil for 10 minutes and turn off the heat.
  5. Keep the egg in the hot water for another 15 minutes.
  6. Pour in water to cool and then peel the egg.
  7. Put the egg into a bowl and mash with a fork until crumbly.
  8. When the egg has become crumbly, mix in the mayonnaise and salt.
  9. Spread the margarine and Japanese mustard on a slice of bread.
  10. Pile the egg mixture high (like a mountain) onto the middle of the bread.
  11. Top with another slice of bread, then while holding down the sides with chopsticks pressed down by your fingers, cut off the crusts.
  12. Cut the sandwich in half and enjoy.
