Energizing Peanut Butter Snack Bites
- 1 cup large flake rolled oats
- 9 pitted dates, finely chopped (about 3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup Kraft Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cup cashews, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 3 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
- Mix together oats, dates, peanut butter, cashews, honey and flaxseeds in large bowl.
- Chill until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Roll by 2 tbsp into balls.
