Chilli Prawns and Vegetables

  1. Shell and remove veins from prawns.
  2. Heat oil in a saucepan.
  3. Stir in spring onion, basil, chilli and garlic.
  4. Cook for about 1 minute.
  5. Add vegetable pieces.
  6. Cook for a further 1 minute.
  7. Add cleaned prawns.
  8. Stir-fry prawns until pink.
  9. Serve immediately.
