Mel's Famous Lemon Berry Trifle

  1. Mix berries together and add sugar to taste.
  2. Leave sit for an hour or so in the refrigerator to sweeten.
  3. Mix milk and pudding and mix well.
  4. Put into the refrigerator to set.
  5. Slice Angle Food Cake into 1/4" slices & set aside
  6. Fold 3/4 of the Coolwhip gently into the pudding mix.
  7. It will have a light Mouse consistency
  8. Using either Mason Jars or a large Trifle bowl layer the bottom with the cake.
  9. Now add a nice layer of berries
  10. Follow with a nice layer of the pudding mixture.
  11. Now just lather rinse repeat until l you have filled your container.
  12. Top with remaining whipped topping and garnish with berries.
