Mediterranean Tuna Sandwich & Smoothie
- 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sliced large black olives
- 1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 2 oz. canned white tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 medium tomato, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cucumber, chopped
- 1/2 whole wheat pita bread round
- 1 cup romaine lettuce leaves
- 1 Tbsp. ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 4 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- 2 sliced fresh strawberries Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping
- Mix mayonnaise, olives and oregano in medium bowl.
- Stir in tuna, tomatoes and cucumbers.
- Fill pita half with lettuce and tuna mix.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- Make smoothie by placing yogurt, VERYFINE orange juice, banana, strawberries and 2 ice cubes in a blender; cover.
- Blend until smooth.
- Top with COOL-WHIP.
- Serve with sandwich.
