Julie'S Crawfish Fettuccine

  1. Melt margarine; add onions and bell peppers.
  2. Cook, covered, until tender for 15 to 20 minutes.
  3. Add flour; cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Add parsley and crawfish; cook another 15 minutes.
  5. Add half and half cream, cheese, Cajun spices and garlic.
  6. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
