Meatless Nugget Parmesan Sub

  1. Heat nuggets as directed on package.
  2. Place 3 nuggets in each roll.
  3. Top each with 1/4 cup marinara sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
  4. shredded mozzarella and 1/2 Tbsp.
  5. grated topping.
  6. Toss lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar together to make side salad.
  7. Divide into 4 equal servings.
  8. COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
  9. Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
