Meatless Nugget Parmesan Sub
- 12 BOCA Original Chikn Veggie Nuggets
- 4 small whole wheat hoagie s
- 1 cup spaghetti sauce
- 1/4 cup reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsps. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 4 cups romaine lettuce leaves
- 2 carrots, peeled and grated
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 4 On-the-Go packets
- 4 bottles of water, 20 fl oz
- Heat nuggets as directed on package.
- Place 3 nuggets in each roll.
- Top each with 1/4 cup marinara sauce; sprinkle with 1 Tbsp.
- shredded mozzarella and 1/2 Tbsp.
- grated topping.
- Toss lettuce, carrots, tomatoes, olive oil and vinegar together to make side salad.
- Divide into 4 equal servings.
- COMBINE CRYSTAL LIGHT On-the-GO packet with bottled water per package directions.
- Serve each person 1 water bottle with their meal.
