Chicago Italian Beef Sandwiches

  1. Pour a little beef broth in the bottom of your crockpot.
  2. Put roast in and sprinkle dressing mix on top.
  3. Pour in jar of pepperoncinis (including juice) and remaining beef broth.
  4. If you needed to buy a couple smaller cuts of meat to equal 4 lbs, just layer them like this.
  5. Cook in crockpot on low for 8-10 hours.
  6. After meat is cooked, gently shred with two forks.
  7. Then preheat boiler.
  8. Put meat on rolls and top with cheese.
  9. Broil until cheese melts, 3 or 4 minutes.
  10. Enjoy!
