Double Layer Key Lime Pie

  1. Mix cream cheese, 1 Tbsp.
  2. milk, sugar and lime juice in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  3. Gently stir in 1-1/2 cups of the whipped topping.
  4. Spread onto bottom of crust.
  5. Pour 2 cups milk into large bowl.
  6. Add pudding mixes and lime peel.
  7. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute.
  8. (Mixture will be thick.)
  9. Immediately stir in remaining whipped topping.
  10. Spread over cream cheese layer.
  11. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
  12. Garnish with additional whipped topping and lime slices.
  13. Store leftover pie in refrigerator.
