yummy enchilada casserole

• 2 lb hamburger meat
• 1 medium chopped onion
• 1 dash salt and pepper
• 1 can rotel tomato
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
• 1 packages cream cheese
• 10 large tortillas
• 2 can mild red enchilada sauce
• 1 packages favorite shredded cheese
• 1 can sliced black olives

1. preheat oven to 350
2. cook hamburger meat and onion
3. cook in rotel tomatoes and taco seasoning
4. add cream cheese and stir until melted
5. take a 9x13 greased casserole dish and begin layering two tortillas and1/3 meat mixture until mixture is gone
6. add final two tortillas on top and add enchilada sauce
7. cover with shredded cheese and black olives
8. cook in oven for 20-30 minutes until cheese is melted
