Green Goddess Dressing, non fat

  1. Mix the mayo, sour cream, and vinegar.
  2. Stir in the anchovy paste, if using it.
  3. Use kitchen shears to snip the parsley, chives, and cilantro (if using it) into tiny bits.
  4. Stir the herbs into the dressing mix.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Let chill overnight before using.
