Mini Taco Bowls

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Microwave tortillas on HIGH 30 sec.
  2. or until softened.
  3. Press 1 tortilla into each of eight medium muffin cups to form a bowl.
  4. Carefully fold edges of tortilla back to keep an opening for the filling.
  5. Bake 10 minute.
  6. Meanwhile, brown meat in large skillet on medium heat; drain.
  7. Stir in salsa; bring to boil.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minute.
  9. Spoon about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture into each tortilla bowl.
  10. Top evenly with cheese, lettuce and tomatoes.
  11. Drizzle with dressing.
