Morning Drink
- 1 banana
- 6 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 14 cup skim milk
- 14 cup fat free Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew all natural no additives)
- 4 baby carrots
- 2 green leaf lettuce
- 4 mini sweet peppers (red, orange and yellow)
- 2 cups watermelon
- 14 cup pineapple
- 12 cup blueberries
- 12 cup ice
- Wash items
- Blend until desired consistency.
