Cooked Cranberry-Claret Jelly - CERTO Liquid

  1. Mix cranberry juice, wine and sugar in large saucepan.
  2. Bring to boil on high heat; cook 1 min.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Stir in pectin.
  5. Stir and skim 5 min.
  6. Pour into warm sterilized jars, filling up to 1/4 inch from rims.
  7. Cover with lids.
  8. Let stand at room temperature 24 hours or until set.
